Smut Lovers
Hello! Below you will find details on the options for our vendors. At this time we have tables available for the panels and presentations on Friday or the book signing on Saturday… or both! The conference takes place from September 21st through September 24th at the Rosen Centre Hotel which is located at 9840 International Dr., Orlando, Florida.
The Friday audience will consist of Authors and VIP Readers, tables will be set up in the back of the room during the educational panels so you must be comfortable with the content being presented. The Saturday book signing vendor tables will be set up during the book signing from 1PM – 5PM.
If you chose both please communicate that information to Events@SmutLovers.org
Vendor Table – 1 Day, 1 Table $100
- Access to all panels, demonstrations, and workshops for you and 1 assistant if Friday is chosen
- Early access to the Raffle supporting RAAIN and NCSF
- Full Table for the Friday panels or Saturday book signing
- Listed on Website with Social Media and Website Links
- Access to share sales, preorder forms, and details about your business to the Smut Lovers Community Page
- Discounted rooms at the Rosen Centre booked through our room block
Vendor Table – 2 Days, 1 Table $125
- Access to all panels, demonstrations, and workshops for you and one assistant
- Early access to the Raffle supporting RAAIN and NCSF
- Full Table for the Friday panels and Saturday book signing
- Listed on Website with Social Media and Website Links
- Access to share sales, preorder forms, and details about your business to the Smut Lovers Community Page

Vendor Table – 2 Days, 2 Tables $175
- Access to all panels, demonstrations, and workshops for you and one assistant
- Early access to the Raffle supporting RAAIN and NCSF
- 2 Full Tables for the Friday panels and Saturday book signing
- Listed on Website with Social Media and Website Links
- Access to share sales, preorder forms, and details about your business to the Smut Lovers Community Page

Would you rather secure you table by being one one of our main event sponsors? Maybe you just want to host our one of our happy hours? Interested in advertising or deciding on the VIP reader swag?
We have it all covered! And if we’ve missed something just email me and let me know what you may be interested in. Check out our website and you will find a detailed list of all available sponsorships. Once they have been claimed and paid for the new sponsor will be listed.
Note: Many sponsorships may be shared so if you are worried about budget check with a friend and split it!
